Central Apart Rules

Introduction:

Apart from the Central Company headquartered Os. Ogrody 15b/95, 27-400 Ostrowiec Swietokrzyski, commercial office ul. Lucka 2/4/6, 00-845 Warsaw. Apart hereinafter referred to as the Central or the company offers for rent apartment residential purposes only.
Agreement between Central Apart, and the customer shall be deemed concluded at the time of advance payment by the customer
A customer who made the booking is confirmed that you have read the rules and accept all the conditions.

How to book:

All apartments can be found at www.wawahotele.pl / apartamenty_warszawa.php
You can make a reservation by phone or by e-mail. When you send your completed booking form will be carried out verification of the availability of each apartment and terminiu. In case of availability of the apartment, we will send you an offer to the specified email address on the form, along with information about the apartment, amount of duty, photos and asking for confirmation. In the absence of vacancies in the apartment, provide you with an alternative offer.
Reservations will be made after the submission of your booking confirmation.
After booking, you must pay a prepayment of 50 zł for studio apartments and 100 zł for 2-rooms apartment by bank transfer:

In the absence of deposit payment within 3 days of booking, the reservation is canceled.
Failure to pay the deposit in the time limit set above cancels the booking, paid to the designated bank account deposit is a confirmation by the customer to book the apartment. You can cancel your reservation by email or telephone. In case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable, it can be used within 5 months from the date of the event wpłaty.W canceled during its term, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting operating expenses (20% of total booking)

General principles:

Concluded an agreement between Central Apart, and the client applies only to rental housing for residential.
Apart Central in its offer does not provide wyżwienia, directions to the apartment, the transfer from the airport may request these matters to provide all necessary information.
The price includes the cost of central heating, electricity, water and final cleaning.
The price also includes free parking and internet
Be prohibited from smoking in miszkaniu and in the corridor.

Arrival and answer keys::

Time guest accommodation is determined by phone or e-mail the day before or on arrival. Employee of the company at a specified time waiting outside the building where the apartment keys and communicate them to complete all formalities.

Final provisions::

The items left in the apartment Central Apart is not responding.
In case of mishap reasons beyond the control of Central Apart company reserves the right to change to another apartment of similar standard or higher.
Organizing high-profile events, eg stag is prohibited. Burdensome for organizing events for other tenants is anticipated penalty of 300 zł.
Observe the curfew, which lasted between the hours of 22:00 to 6:00.
Coming out of the apartment you should always leave the door closed.
If you wish to bring pets should inform the company.
Guest is responsible for any material damage to and destruction of objects and equipment located in the apartment (eg, destroyed furniture, flooded floors, broken windows).
The fee for loss of keys is 100PLN.
The Company is not responsible for any inconvenience caused during the stay related to:
-Repairs,
-Construction works and finishing at or near the apartment,
-Noise,
-No delivery media.
