1. The suites are rented on a 24-hour basis. The shortest rental period is 24 hours.
2. After receipt of your completed booking form, we will check whether the suites you require are available on the dates requested by you. If yes, you will receive a quotation at the email address provided in your booking form, including details of the suite required, payment details, photographs and a request for your confirmation of the booking. If the suite requested by you is not available, we will make you an alternative offer.
3. Your booking will be accepted after we receive your confirmation of the booking.
4. After your booking is accepted, you will be required to make an advance payment for at least 24-hour rental, either by bank transfer into our account or in cash at our office. If you fail to make a down payment within 3 days of accepting your booking, the booking will be cancelled.

5. You may cancel your booking only in writing: by email, fax or by sending a text message to us. If you cancel your booking, your will not be entitled to a refund of the down payment. You may, however, use the down payment within 5 months of the date of payment. If you cancel your booking while it is valid, you will receive the remaining amount less a service charge (20% of the amount of your payment).
6. The check-in time is 2 pm and the check-out time is 12 noon.
7. During your stay, you must keep the suite and other parts of the building clean in accordance with the hotel rules.
8. You are not permitted to organise any noisy parties such as stag parties. If you organise a party causing a disturbance to other tenants, you may be subject to a penalty of PLN 300.
9. You must not make noise between 10 pm and 6 am.
10. You must never leave your suite with the door open.
11. You will be financially responsible for any damage and/or destruction of any items and/or equipment in your suite (e.g. damaged furniture, flooded floors, broken windows).
12. If you lose your room key, you will be subject to a penalty of PLN 100.
13. In exceptional situations, Central Apart may change your suite for a suite of the same or higher standard. Laundry and ironing services are subject to an additional charge of PLN 20 for laundry and PLN 30 for ironing.
